“The Director of Wisdom’s Way Interfaith School will be dedicated to providing support to those seeking interfaith spiritual experiences as well as being spiritual guides/companions. The Director will be open to all who are curious about wisdom seeking and/or being spiritual companions/ directors. The Director will be committed to the Tacheria Interfaith Spirituality Center’s mission of believing love and peace to be gifts living in all of us, promote spiritual companionship in groups as well as individuals, and serve as an example of wisdom in the world.”
Strong candidates will possess:
- Self-motivation and organization
- Spiritual Companionship experience and expertise
- Spiritual wisdom from Interfaith and/or Inter-spiritual sources
- Personal integrity
- Excellent understanding of personalities, strong interpersonal skills, compassionate listener
- Academic foundation for teaching
- Understanding of the journey of the “Spiritual but not religious” seeker
- Strong administration skills including Zoom, Word, email and other administrative/creative software as needed
- Love and respect of diversity in all human beings
- Curiosity about other sources of wisdom and spiritual experience as a life-long learner.

Note: Those applying to lead the Wisdom’s Way school will need to be available – if selected by Search Committee to become director – on second Saturdays in spring of 2024 (April, May, June) to undergo a period of training and for conversations as needed with current director as part of training process. The job will begin with recruitment and organizational administration in June 2024 (including contact with continuing students, recruitment of new students, and arranging speakers/faculty for 2024-2025 school year). Classes begin in September.
