Jamal is the minister at the Interfaith Community Sanctuary in Seattle, Washington. Since 9/11, Jamal has toured the country with Rabbi Ted Falcon and Pastor Don Mackenzie (affectionately known as the Three Amigos) to share the message of spiritual inclusivity. Jamal is the author of five books and co-author with the Amigos of three.
In this day long experiential retreat, Imam Jamal Rahman will glean wisdom from universal verses of the Qur’an, sayings of the Prophet Muhammad, and poetry of Sufi mystics as we explore ways to be of authentic service to God’s creation. Practices will also include meditation, sacred dances and mystical chants.
