Our theme this year is: “Transitions.”
NOTE: THIS PAGE IS ONLY FOR PARTICIPANTS FROM OUT OF TOWN, WHO ARE INTERESTED IN LODGING AND DINNER ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1 TO STAY OVER NIGHT AND ALSO BREAKFAST SATURDAY MORNING. THE COST FOR THIS IS $170.00 – INCLUDING WORKSHOP COST AT THE DISCOUNTED RATE OF $25.00. YOUR LUNCH WITH ALL STUDENTS DURING THE WORKSHOP ON SATURDAY IS ALSO INCLUDED. Friday night will be primarily a quiet time for participants so that you can rest up for Saturday’s somewhat full schedule. It will also be a time to connect with other Wisdom’s Way/Tacheria travelers. Details of the workshop follow:
Drawing on our incredible wealth of talent, we will have:
Tacheria graduate, author, and therapist Marianna Cacciatore leading a workshop on grief and transition;
Tacheria graduate, Wisdom’s Way co-founder, author, and educator Cathy Stafford leading trust circles;
and Wisdom’s Way graduate, long-time professor and Episcopal priest Philip Shaw leading a workshop on life transitions.

As we begin the retreat on Saturday morning, we will create a community altar. We ask you to bring an object (that you can hold in your hand) that is most important to you which symbolizes your spiritual journey at this present time or which you associate with a major transition in your life.
Also, as full and rich as this day sounds, there will be time for fellowship and reflection. There will be time to renew old friendships and to make new ones. And there will be quiet time to walk the labyrinth or to sit outdoors and look at the mountains.
